David Turetsky is our Managing Consultant with over 35 years of experience in HCM, HR, HRIS, talent management, compensation, and people analytics, former ADP DataCloud chief product owner and award‑winning solutions leader, and host of the HR Data Labs podcasts and author of the HR Data Doodles comic series.

Sushma Tripathi is a Senior Advisor specializing in HCM strategy, workforce operations, HR technology, and AI‑enabled transformation. She brings more than 25 years of executive experience as Avionté CPO/COO and Vice President of Strategic Advisory Services at ADP, and is a trusted partner to organizations modernizing their HR operating models.
