HR Data Labs is excited to attend the MCCA meeting in May, where we will introduce the new 2026 Maine County Compensation Survey.

This survey is being launched for the first time in 2026 and is designed specifically for Maine counties. It will help County Commissioners and county leaders better understand the compensation landscape, compare key roles across counties, and make more informed pay decisions.

“We created the new 2026 Maine County Compensation Survey to give county leaders a reliable, Maine-specific source of compensation data they can use to make practical, informed pay decisions. The more counties that participate, the stronger and more valuable the results will be for everyone.” David Turetsky, Founder, HR Data Labs

HR Data Labs encourages all Maine County Commissioners to participate and help make this new survey a valuable resource for counties across the state.

We’re also pleased to be presenting at the MCCA September conference, where we’ll continue the conversation about the new 2026 Maine County Compensation Survey.

We look forward to working with MCCA and Maine county leaders on this important new initiative.
